We have developed the following policies to clarify client and operator responsibilities when undertaking the organisation of adventure tours. We understand that situations may arise that are beyond your control. Adventure Bay of Plenty may also need to alter trip departures and itineraries due to client, safety, or weather considerations.

B) Cancellations:
Please read carefully.
- Half & One Day Tours: Full payment is required at time of booking. This is fully refundable until 72 hours prior to your departure. Clients cancelling within 72 hours will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
- Multi-Day Tours: Full payment is required at time of booking. This is refundable until 14 days prior to your departure. Clients cancelling within 14 days will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
